CODE OF ETHICS:

  As a distributor of HEALTH CODE (INDIA) PVT LTD- (HCI), he/she shall agree to conduct HCI business according to the following ethical guidelines:  

  1. He/she shall endeavor to be professional in dealing with co-distributors.
  2. He/she shall respect and follow the Code of Ethics and Rules & Regulations, observing it as a guide to the business.
  3. He/she shall present the HCI products and business to all the clients, contacts and prospective distributor with honesty and integrity by using only approved HCI publications and presentations.
  4. He/she shall courteously and promptly handle all guidelines & procedures of the official publication for any presentation representing HCI.
  5. He/she shall conduct business activities in a manner that will reflect the highest standard of integrity, frankness and responsibility.
  6. He/she shall accept and carry out the responsibility as a HCI distributor & maintain ethical business practice.
  7. He/she shall take responsibility to teach and to help their down lines by teaching the principles and guidelines of HCI network code of ethics, rules & regulations, product presentation, and compensation plan as a tool to start their way to success in HCI.
  8. He/she shall take initiative to motivate their down lines to take necessary trainings and seminars to help them realize their potential business as their own.
  9. He/she shall promote a team spirit among their distributors and emphasis our HCI slogan, "Our Home...Our Future..."

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any violations of these rules will result in the termination of distributorship. HCI reserves the right to modify and amend these rules & regulations as & when necessary.
 

  1. Application of distributorship.
    1. Any person 18 years old and above may become a HCI registered distributor and any existing distributor of HCI must sponsor him.
    2. Any partnership, corporation, private or limited company when apply for distributorship shall be registered under a duly appointed representative.
    3. The applicant must personally and completely fill up and signed the prescribed application form clearly and legibly in block letters to signify his/her acceptance of all the terms of the rules and regulations of HCI. In case of online registration, the applicant must go through & click the “accept” button to signify his/her acceptance of all the terms of the rules and regulations of HCI.
    4. Every application for distributorship shall be accompanied by the applicable payment from time to time for the product purchase and Starter Kit through stockiest/state stockiest authorized by HCI.
    5. More than three distributorship from a person/from his/her family is strictly prohibited and subject to termination of distributorship with/without any intimation at the sole discretion of HCI.
    6. No distributor shall be re-entered into a distributorship at any cost by any distributor at any hierarchy, on objection if found to be true the such distributor will be terminated with immediate effect without any compensation.  
  1. Husband and wife distributorship

    1. A husband and wife can apply together for a single distributorship or separate distributorship provided that the husband is the sponsor of the wife, or vice-versa.
    2. Husband with more than one wife can choose only one wife for the husband-wife distributorship.
    3. In the event of divorce, separation or annulment of marriage, either spouse shall inform the company of his/her intention to resign from the partnership, in such instances, the party remaining shall assume sole all the obligation and responsibility of the distributorship and shall enjoy all the benefits there from.

  2. Death and inheritance

    1. In the event of the death of the distributor, the valid distributorship*(distributorship renewable for every 12 months) shall be reserved to the legal heirs of the decedent.
    2. The legal heirs shall submit a certified copy of legal heir certificate to the company stating their request to replace the deceased distributor.  The Company has the right to approve/disapprove the request upon proper evaluation.

  3. Transfer/re-application of distributorship.

    1. Application for change of sponsor or for the transfer of personal/group sales is prohibited.
    2. Application for change of Name can be entertained provided the applicant shall abide & accept the following Name Transfer Clause:

(i)  The Name Transfer application (NTA) should be dully filled along with “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) typed in a Stamp Paper (Rs.20 ) from the existing distributor & attested by the sponsor and the original should be sent to the Company. The format of application & NOC can be downloaded from the HCI website.

(ii)  Applicant should pay Rs.500/= along with the NTA & NOC. The application will be processed only on receipt of original NTA & NOC.

(iii)  Applicant should not have sponsored any directs if so the Company shall deduct 40% of the unilevel income generated from such DID. for a period of 12 months.

(iv)   In the event of the applicant having a power leg without any directs sponsored, the Company shall deduct  50%  of the binary income generated from such DID  till the power count is balanced. 

(v)  In case of name transfer among blood relations (spouse, children, parents & grandparents), no deduction are enforced for such transfer other than the NTA charges.

(vi)   The company reserves the rights to accept or reject the NTA upon proper evaluation.

  1. Other duties and responsibilities

    1. A distributor is an independent business entity. Hence, he/she is not an employee, agent or representative of the company.
    2. A distributor shall not use HCI name, logo, slogan, trademarks, and trade names without the company's consent.
    3. Distributors who are "RUBY" and above, shall not engage or actively participate in any other networking and direct-selling companies.  If found proved the DID will be terminated with immediate effect without notice.
    4. No distributor or leader shall conduct unauthorized seminars, meetings or assembly that is not in line with the business ethics of the company. Any leader or distributor found to have been engaged in discriminating, saying against, or inducing others to complain against the company's procedures, rules and regulations shall be subjected to termination.      
    5. HCI-Products (Concentrated Mineral Drops  & Cell Essentials)  is a  food supplements and has no therapeutic claims. All distributors, stockiest and state stockiest herein undertake to shoulder all responsibilities, liabilities and damages that may arise of any misrepresentation, over-claim or concealment regarding the true nature of HCI food supplements.  
  1. Termination/Cancellation of distributorship:

    1. HCI has the right to terminate the distributorship for non-compliance, breach, or violation of any of the stated code of ethics and rules and regulation of HCI.  
    2. After proper evaluation by the Management of the cause for the termination, the distributor may be required to surrender his/her accountabilities with the company and other distributors.  
  1. Under-Cutting
    1. Under-cutting or re-registration to other sponsor/upline under different name is prohibited. HCI reserves the right to terminate distributor found to be committing such act.  
  1. Manipulation of Genealogy

    1. Manipulation of distributors network structure (Genealogy) is strictly prohibited. HCI reserves the right to terminate distributor found to be engaged in this act.
  1. Pirating

a.     Convincing, enticing or inviting co-distributor to join other MLM company is prohibited. HCI reserves the right to terminate such distributor found to be doing this act.
 

  1. Dummies/False representative(s)

a.     Registration of dummies or false representative is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate distributor found to be using dummies or false representative(s).

b.    HCI reserves the right to suspend/cancel any commission or incentive(s) generated through the use of dummies/false representative(s).

  1. Commission & Payout:

a.     Commissions are based on the performance of the distributor in the compensation plan. Management reserves the right to improve the compensation plan and trimming will be applicable as the need arises.

b.    Commissions are distributed every Saturday for binary & the monthly commissions will be paid every 10th.of the following month.

c.     Commission statements are system generated & it can be downloaded or printed from the distributor login of the HCI website.

d.    The TDS & applicable admin charges will be deducted from the source of income generated through the compensation plan of HCI.   

  1. Taxations

a.     All taxes and fees that may be required by the government are to be shouldered by the distributor only.
